I am Yagmur Dolkun, member of publishing committee of Fotografya (www.fotografya.gen.tr) the first online photography magazine of Turkey. First of all, I would like to kindly state that Fotografya is a non-commercial magazine and volunteering is the main principal of our publishing committee.
Fotografya covers the portfolios of foreign and local photographers and also articles from various writers, and academicians. We have featured the works of Les Crims, Jill Posener, Guerilla Girls, Judy Chicago, Joel Peter Witkin, Tomoko Sawada and other preeminent Turkish photographers in the issues of "Sexuality" and "Mother and Child" .
Our upcoming issue will focus on "Madness and Genius". Would you like to publish your project which is "Dementia Photopraphy".(http://laurawhalley.blogspot.com/2008/06/dementia-photography.html)
As you will see Fotografya is Turkish, but we translate the articles/photos' subtitle into Turkish or English upon the writer's request. A few number of the articles are also available in English.
We should also kindly state that, it does not need to be a new post, if you allow us we can also publish a former (essay) of yours.
